One of the great preachers of our day Dr. Fredrick Haynes (http://www.friendshipwest.org/pastor.html) of the Friendship-West Baptist Church (http://www.friendshipwest.org/)in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Haynes is a disciple of Dr. Samuel DeWitt Proctor (http://www.vuu.edu/theology/about.htm) by way of Dr. Jeremiah Wright (http://www.streamingfaith.com/directory/broadcaster.aspx?TalentID=1084&bhcp=1), and by that I mean, Dr. Haynes was able to learn some lessons from Dr. Proctor before he passed (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/organizations/b/baptist_churches/index.html?query=PROCTOR,%20SAMUEL%20DEWITT&field=per&match=exact), but much of his legacy lives on through Dr: Wright who has been able to take up more time mentoring to Dr. Haynes.
